The Health Care Workforce Strategic Plan Advisory Group (Advisory Group) should also serve as an official sub-committee to the State Workforce Development Board. Integrating the Advisory Group in this manner will ensure that the strategic plan implementation is aligned with broader workforce development initiatives. This recommendation is consistent with recommendations from the Rural Health Task Force Workforce Subcommittee Report of 2020.
