The Operating Committee is charged with conducting Board activities including meetings and activities that promote the work of the Board, reviewing and responding to state and federal legislative proposals, overseeing the performance of the WIOA Core Partners, approving the draw-down of federal funding, and addressing urgent and/or time-sensitive business when a regular or special meeting of the Board cannot occur in time
